Cancellation: For inventory purchases, orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we cannot do it free of charge after a certain point. On-demand and Just-In-Time orders may be canceled within 24 hours of checkout; however, they may not be canceled after proof approval is submitted.
If you cancel your inventory order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before a refund is issued against the credit card. Net-term orders will be canceled free of charge.
If you cancel your inventory order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures explained below. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with outbound and inbound freight assessed before a credit is issued against the credit card. Net-term orders will be invoiced without a cancellation fee and will include all freight charges.
If you REFUSED DELIVERY of your inventory order, credit card orders will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee, outbound freight, and return freight before a credit is issued against the credit card. Net-term orders will be invoiced without a cancellation fee and will include all freight charges.
Item Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the product quality, material, performance (within the scope of normal use), or imprint, you may email a claim to Customer Care within 30 days of initial receipt of the product. All claims must include a copy of the original packing slip (where applicable) and reference your Order Number. Match-Up will request photos and/or collect the unused product in the original packaging (with original tags still attached where applicable). Customer Care will inspect all products and original packaging before making the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the product's state. Please note that any wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use of the product will void any warranties, expressed or implied.
Damaged Goods: In the event goods are damaged upon delivery please save all packaging for claims purposes. Our carriers and/or Match-Up may request to see photos and/or collect the packaging and damaged goods. You will be entitled to full credit or product replacement. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of initial receipt.
