Custom Item Cancellation Policy:

 

After checkout, orders automatically process on a secure merchant processor and then move to shipping.  During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to change sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

 

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: all orders must be canceled within 24 hours of checkout.  Funds, excluding credit card processing fees, will be refunded.  Orders may not be canceled after proof approval is submitted.  

 

Inventory Item Cancellation Policy:

 

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued against credit card. 

 

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with outbound and inbound freight assessed before credit is issued against credit card.  Net term orders will be invoiced cancellation fee and all freight charges.

 

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed a 5% cancellation, outbound freight, and return freight before credit is issued against credit card. Net term orders will be invoiced cancellation fee and all freight charges.

 

 

Custom Item Return/Exchange Policies & Procedures: 

 

Because these items are custom made, specifically for you, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON PROOF APPROVAL.

Hard Goods:

 

Unused Return or Exchange – If you are not happy with the product quality, material, or imprint, you may return the unused product for a full credit or product replacement in the original packaging within 30 days of initial receipt.  Please note that abnormal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

 

Used Return or Exchange – If a product does not meet your expectations for quality and performance within the scope of normal use, you may return the product for a full credit or product replacement in the original packaging within 1 year of initial receipt. Please note that abnormal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Apparel:

Exchanges: For textile (wearing apparel), please ensure the correct size, colors and other applicable attributes are ordered correctly. If an incorrect order is placed, exchanges will be issued within 30 days of initial receipt but applicable freight charges will apply. Please note that abnormal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Returns for Refund: If you are unhappy with the product quality, material, or imprint, you may return the unused product for a full credit or product replacement.  All returns must be in their original packaging (with original tags still attached where applicable) and returned within 1 year of initial receipt. If a product does not meet your expectations for quality and performance within the scope of normal use, you may return the product for a full credit or product replacement.  Again, all returns must be returned within 1 year of initial receipt. Damaged Goods:

In the event goods are damaged upon delivery please save all packaging for claims purposes. Our carriers and/or Match-Up may request to see photos and/or collect the packaging and damaged goods. You will be entitled to a full credit or product replacement. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of initial receipt.

Procedure:

For all instances noted above, please email Customer Care for instructions.  All returns/exchanges must include a copy of the original packing slip with the Order Number.  We require documentation regarding what is being returned, explanation of why, and what action is required. The Order Number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid Order Number could be lost and will experience delayed processing. Merchandise must be current to be returned/exchanged. Obsolete items will be issued a credit provided no misuse is evident. Damaged goods will be processed as noted above.  Customer Care will inspect all returns and then make the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the manner in which the product was used. Please note that abnormal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and improper use voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Taxes:

 

Match-Up collects taxes for any shipment to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin
